I deliver mental health and wellbeing workshops to businesses, groups, schools and charities.

My workshops include:
- An explanation of the neuroscience behind stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns.
- An understanding of how our brains work, including why we think, feel and behave in the way we do, and the changes we can make for a more positive outcome.
- The importance of various hormones and the impact of sleep on our wellbeing.
- Useful tips and techniques to support people moving forward.
People will leave with a much deeper understanding of how their brain works and what they can do to support their own positive mental health, as well as the mental health of those around them.
I can tailor the workshop specifically to your needs, and it can be delivered either in person or online.
